Hello,
Thank you for your interest in our mukluks. The circumference will stretch to fit. Please remember that these will only go up max 13″ . Measure your calf at approx 12″ as the sole is included in the height of the boot. The width of your foot will also adjust the height as the wider the foot the lower the mukluk will fit. You can also adjust the height of the mukluk by pushing the upper down and inch or two. This is what a lot of people will do to accomplish a full fur look.
